Run time

Electra 5.0 life is equipped with various types of 48 x 2 Volt low-voltage battery packs specifically designed for use on this vehicle. The option of using different types of batteries makes it possible to fully adapt to the specific working and budget requirements of every customer. Our carefully tested technology ensures a minimal ecological footprint and high recyclability as well as the utmost safety due to the low voltage used.
Charging and recovery

Electra 5.0 life is equipped with an on-board battery charger, so the batteries can be recharged at any public vehicle charging station. Electra 5.0 life can be equipped with a large variety of external three-phase and single-phase chargers with different types of powers and voltages and different charging times, to fully meet the requirements of customers and the various markets. Furthermore, Electra 5.0 life is equipped with a system for energy recovery while decelerating and braking, which further boosts the machine’s work autonomy.
Sweeping

The Electra 5.0 life electric street sweeper is equipped with a suction waste collection system. Two independent counter rotating brushes located in front of the front steering axis convey materials towards the enhanced vacuum nozzle and an innovative air filtration system located between the waste container and the centrifugal fan, with 20% better performance, makes it possible to filter outgoing air, while increasing air flow efficiency. The street washer ensures top-notch performance during the work phase by adapting to any type of street surface thanks to the self-balancing capabilities of every component. Furthermore, thanks to the innovative sweeping system consisting of independent brushes, the sweeping width is significantly increased without making the machine any bulkier. An optional third front electric brush can increase work performance and allow for greater productivity.
Waste container

The 5 m³ waste container is made of AISI 304 stainless steel to guarantee maximum resistance and is perfectly watertight.
Driving comfort and safety

The ergonomic, watertight aluminum and soundproof cab of the Electra 5.0 life street sweeper guarantees the utmost operator comfort and a unique driving experience, thanks to the large glazed panels. Equipped with three anatomic adjustable cushioned seats, it allows operators to work in complete safety and comfort with minimal vibrations and an unbeatable level of soundproofing. The ergonomic and intuitive control display equipped with a user-friendly interface and new, cutting-edge graphics is an added advantage for sweeper operators in their everyday tasks.
Connectivity

Fleet monitoring and digitalization through Tenax Link facilitates the daily work of both owners and operators. Tenax Link offers targeted support and services, with constant monitoring intended to reduce downtime and operating costs to a minimum. Ingombro macchina ridotto

Electra 2.0 evos può essere configurata con dimensioni più contenute proprio per agevolare la pulizia in tutti quegli spazi in cui è necessario che l'ingombro della macchina sia il più contenuto possibile.
Terza spazzola frontale elettrica

La terza spazzola frontale orientabile ed inclinabile elettricamente, consente di aumentare notevolmente la larghezza e la flessibilità di spazzamento. La spazzola può essere ruotata verso sinistra e verso destra, ed è studiata per assorbire gli impatti senza esserne danneggiata.
Telecamere aggiuntive

Per agevolare la visione sulla zona di lavoro Electra 2.0 evos può installare una o due telecamere aggiuntive: una telecamera posizionata sulla bocca di aspirazione ed una posizionata sulla parte frontale della cabina per un monitoraggio più completo dell'area di spazzamento.
Portello di carico laterale

Per agevolare la raccolta di rifiuti voluminosi che non possono essere direttamente aspirati da parte dell'operatore, Electra 2.0 evos dispone di un portello di carico laterale (posizionato su lato destro o sinistro) con accesso diretto sul cassone rifiuti. Inoltre attraverso questo sistema l'operatore può facilmente ispezionare e provvedere alla pulizia del filtro di aspirazione.
Filo Comando per scarico in quota

Il sistema di filo comando per lo scarico in quota, consente di scaricare il cassone agevolmente attraverso una pulsantiera riposta in cabina, consentendo all'operatore di attivare lo scarico in quota dall'esterno della cabina.
Tubo aspirafogliame

Il tubo aspirafogliame laterale flessibile è particolarmente adatto per la pulizia di tutti quei punti in cui la spazzatrice Electra 2.0 evos non può arrivare, ha diametro di 120 mm e lunghezza di 3 m. Grazie alla sua impugnatura rigida ed ergonomica aumenta il comfort dell'operatore, inoltre essendo installato a riposo sulla parte posteriore della macchina non ne aumenta l'ingombro laterale ne tantomeno l'altezza.
Sistema di ricircolo dell'acqua

Il sistema di ricircolo dell'acqua con capacità fino a 200 L consente di economizzare l'acqua pulita reciclando l'acqua aspirata insieme ai rifiuti. Il sistema di ricircolo dell'acqua consente di aumentare l'autonomia del veicolo e di ridurre al minimo le emissioni di polvere.
Idrolavaggio ad alta pressione

L'idrolavaggio ad alta pressione con pompa da 11 L - 100 bar consente per mezzo della lancia di lavaggio di effettuare operazioni di lavaggio combinate allo spazzamento.
Avvolgitubo automatico posteriore

Per la pulizia delle aree più periferiche Electra 2.0 evos dispone di un avvolgitubo con tubo flessibile di 10 m, che consente all'operatore di raggiungere agevolmente con la lancia di lavaggio ad alta pressione ogni zona circostante alla macchina.
Lancia con campana ad alta pressione

Per l'attività di pulizia profonda di tutte le pavimentazioni sia interne che esterne, Electra 2.0 evos dispone di una lancia di lavaggio ad alta pressione con campana dotata di ugelli rotanti ad elevata pressione che garantisco elevatissime prestazioni.
Barra di lavaggio ad alta pressione

La barra di lavaggio 9 ugelli ad alta pressione 11 L - 100 bar installata anteriormente o posteriormente, consente al modello Electra 2.0 evos di combinare lo spazzamento al lavaggio e/o sanificazione urbana.
Spargisale elettrico da 125 L

Per l' attività di sghiacciamento, il modello Electra 2.0 evos dispone di uno spargisale elettrico da 125 L installato posteriormente e con comandi ergonomici in cabina.
Sedile di guida pneumatico

Per un maggiore comfort di guida dell'operatore Electra 2.0 evos dispone di un sedile di guida pneumatico con poggiatesta che rende la guida ancor più confortevole.
